One of the most incredible wins on record is in Newark Liberty International Airport’s Terminal A with Midfield Concession Enterprises. Now owned and operated by SSP America, the locations awarded include a combination of fine dining, casual dining, QSR’s and market style dining. Flavortown by Guy Fieri, D’ Taco Joint, Felina, Playa Bowls, The Mediterranean Grill, Sora, Jersey Mike’s and Smokehouse BBQ.
LAS
Harry Reid International Airport
In 2023, we were privileged to be contacted by Pandora—a powerful global brand we have long loved—to help them grow at LAS. With our team, we established an efficient RFP process that the Pandora team utilized as we developed an award-winning proposal. The outcome was worth the effort—Pandora was awarded 2 locations, extending their presence in the Las Vegas market for years to come.
MCO
Orlando International Airport
Our local small business partners are growing their airport concession businesses in a big way at MCO. TGlobal/Lago was recently awarded two incredible locations where they will bring Crisp & Green’s modern and wholesome menu and Just Love Coffee’s one of a kind coffee and cafe experience to Orlando travelers.

Minneapolis–St. Paul International Airport
In 2025, our client secured an incredible win at MSP. While not our first prime package victory at MSP—the recent award of McDonald’s, illy and Subway to an award-winning, local ACDBE operator is the kind of accomplishment we LOVE to celebrate! Our track record of success at MSP also includes the groundbreaking ‘Food Truck Alley’ dining experience and Lake Wine Kitchen & Bar.
OMA
Eppley Airfield
OMA was a landmark prime win in 2025 that we are so proud of! Congratulations to Plum Market who emerged as a new prime in airports with this win. Approximately 12 food and beverage spaces were secured along with creative vending solutions.
ORD
Chicago O’Hare International Airport
In Chicago, we have a history of wins including the first Chick-fil-A location to ever open at ORD and the state-of-the-art Guinness Brewery, built by Diageo and operated by Hyde Park Hospitality. Both locations boast incredible design that solidifies each as landmark dining destinations.
PHX
Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport
SIP Coffee & Beer Bar is an incredible local concept proposed at PHX by Gonzalo De La Melena and the Emerging Airport Ventures team. We were THRILLED when Gonzalo received notice of this landmark win for a local ACDBE that competes at the highest level.
SAN
San Diego International Airport
We won BIG in SAN in 2022. It would be impossible to understate the size of this accomplishment—for our clients and for our team as well. Our clients were awarded TWO prime packages—which included the presentation of more than 25 iconic local and national brands. In the same year, our team successfully secured an SBEC package win, demonstrating our special ability to achieve remarkable feats for large and small companies alike.

At Sacramento International Airport we were 3 for 3 on package wins! Concepts included Sidewalk Juice, OneSpeed Pizza and West Coast Sourdough.

San Francisco International Airport
